Now in its 10 successful year, Tom Mullica’s Tribute to Red Skelton is the funniest and most successful tribute show in America today. It is the only show authorized by Mrs. Lothian Skelton and the Red Skelton estate. After Red’s passing in 1997, Tom began writing a tribute to his friend of 18 years and has been performing in theatres across America and Canada ever since. Mullica transforms himself into Red Skelton, the legendary comic who is beckoned to regale the audience with his rubber-faced pantomimes, ageless sight gags, obscenity-free jokes and legion of memorable characters.
Mullica's show is not just a collage of terrific impersonations of a vaudeville and Hollywood icon, Mullica, in character the entire time he is on stage, wove stories about Red's upbringing, early stage career and philosophy of kindness and compassion into a marvelous and witty performance.
