This past Thursday my wife and I went to the Bob Anderson show and
were totally knocked out. WOW! This show was definitely than every
show Branson has to offer. The room only sat about 200 people and
was completely packed. The show starts at 6:00 but if you'd like
dinner/show you we got there around 5:30. Bob's impressions were so
dead on that honestly it was hard to tell the difference between the
character he was impersonating and himself. A little bit of the Rat
Pack a long with Tony Bennett, and others. His Tom Jones was dead
on! The food was Excellent.. We definitely recommend this show for
all ages.

I'm still chuckling over Bob Anderson and we saw him last week.
CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY. With the Branson Landing coming to Branson,
and Bob Anderson at the Lodge of the Ozarks, you people are on the
way to reinventing yourselves and changing the way we look at you.
Sometimes with impressionists you need to close your eyes and get
into the mood to make the voice believable. With Bob, you need to
take a good look cause this guy transforms himself into whoever he
is doing. Ray Charles, Tom Jones, Andy Williams, and on and on and
on were great.
The room is so perfect and I didn't feel like cattle being herded
in. Dinner was okay but was better last season. I think Bob shook
our entire groups hands like we were old friends. The guy is
unbelievable.

We were recently in Branson and to our "shock" we accidentally found
the Bob Anderson show. This is a guy whose show should be blasted
from the rooftops. Do you want to change your
image.....Branson....this is your guy!
He made us laugh because of the accurateness of his
impressions....he made us cry with his heartfelt songs....(he even
dedicated "Angel Eyes" to me). This is the caliber of entertainment
your town needs....diversity, diversity. Mix it up a little people.
Bob sings a song at the end of his show about "he feels we've become
friends now" and he is right on the mark. I, we all loved him. I am
still laughing about Dean Martin (Bradford) and Tom Jones. Take this
wonderful performer out from under the bushel.

I've known Bob for about 25 years now from Las Vegas. My
wife and I have been coming to town for years and years enjoying the
shows Branson has to offer. There are a few really good shows in
town but nothing even in the same field as Bob Anderson. For the dinner
and the show, its normally around 44.00. I know what your saying, WOW,
that's a lot of money, your on vacation so you gotta live it up just a
little". Plus Bob is the only entertainer in Branson who was inducted
into the Las Vegas Hall of Fame, ahead of ray Charles, and a bunch of
others. He is also the only entertainer in town who is a Vietnam vet, so
if anyone is looking for a show to see and its a military group, I
definitely suggest Bob Anderson. One of the main problems about his show
is the advertising. We didn't see a single billboard or rack card, or
anything the entire 6 days we were in town.

I would give Bob Anderson show 6 stars because he is off the charts. We
were sitting in McGuffy's talking to a guy named Joe who plays piano for
Andy Williams. He told us to go see Bob. Best show we've seen since
coming to Branson since 2000. The room made me forget that I was in
Hillbilly Heaven. Thought I was in Vegas./ Music was great but can't
even imagine what this guy would sound like with some musicians behind
him. Taped music was very good and so was piano guy. Anderson hits the
mark with every single impression/kind of spooky at times/and the lyrics
and delivery made me want to cry. He seems like such a nice guy/shook
hands with everyone and wanted to talk after the show to. The food was
very very good and also made us think we were in Vegas. I would
recommend this show to everyone I know. What a well kept secret he
is....why? Thank goodness for "Joe".

In September 2004 we saw the Bob Anderson show for the first time. It
was a morning show and the best show we had seen in Branson. His
portrayal of every star was dead on. He engaged the audience. In telling
the story of his musical career and telling of the stars who had helped
him along the way, he was very humble in giving them a lot of credit. He
didn't need to be humble because his voice is one of the best we've ever
heard.
The audience was small for the
particular show we attended, and he made each and every one of us feel
like he was singing to us. My husband and I have been telling everyone
we meet that if they ever get the opportunity to see his show, "DON'T
MISS THIS ONE". It is a Must See!!! We are visiting Branson again this
October 4th. and have tickets to see the show again. We wouldn't miss
it.

Recently my wife and I went to the Bob Anderson Show and were so
impressed that we've been back twice since. From the white linen table
cloths, to the Filet Mignon and Salmon, served with garlic potatoes,
vegetables, and a salad. Everything to drink from Pepsi, to Champagne.
People Magazine says, "America's Greatest Singing Impressionist". He
does Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, to Bing Crosby, Al Jolsen,
Sammy Davis Jr., Tom Jones, and many many more.
All of the greats. I think by far it is
the best show we've ever seen hit Branson. The hotel along with Club
Vegas recently were sold, so the marketing isn't all there yet. They'd
be fools not to market his show. All in all we loved it and will be
back again

My girlfriend and I thought the Bob Anderson show was really a
truly unique experience. The room had a night club atmosphere and
feeling about it. Everyone associated with the room was polite and
professional and waited on us. The layout of the room was perfect for
Bob because there isn't a bad seat in the room and everyone can see
perfectly. Even though he only had a piano player..the taped music and
the lush background for Bobs songs was full to the point that you didn't
miss more musicians on stage. Bob is truly the world's best at
his mimicking the people he did. We couldn't believe the accuracy of his
impressions. So many times we thought we were looking at Sammy Davis Jr.
etc. His Tom Jones is a real hoot. We laughed about Dean Martin for
days. Bob's own singing style is unbelievable too. His choice of songs
had so much meaning to them. Dinner was excellent and you did not feel
like you were being herded into somewhere to eat. The entire experience
was totally pleasurable. Bob is the best of Branson!!!

Show: Bob Anderson Recommendation: Yes Ratings: 5 of 5 Date: May 05, 2004 Time: 5:42 PM We all thought the Bob Anderson show was
the best we have ever seen in Branson after years of trips there.
His show offered a dinner which should also get a standing ovation
from the Lodge of the Ozarks....just fabulous!! It was amazing
how Bob Anderson sounded exactly like each performer he did...but his
facial expressions and mannerisms were unbelievable. I would even
go as far as to say he is the classiest act in Branson.

Bob is unbelievable and such a nice guy, too. Not
only does he have the impressions 100% correct, he even takes on the
visual image of the singer as well. His "Sammy Davis", "Dean
Martin", "Ray Charles" and "Andy Williams" always has me in
stitches, no matter how often I see him perform.
He needs more marketing and advertising so he'll stay in Branson,
and when I retire and move to Springfield next spring, I plan to
encourage everyone in the area to see his show. I've already
promoted him to the Texans I know are going to Branson. He's great.
