Grand Jubilee ShowThe Grand Band is the Grandest GRAND JUBILEE IS TOP SHOW IN BRANSON 8-2-06: We just saw the Grand Jubilee for the 5th time in two years and we are considering buying the season pass next year. This is
a MUST on each of our Branson trips. We return to Branson time and
time again just to see the Grand Jubilee. Trey, Mark, Matt, & Scott
- New South are GREAT! I love to hear them sing. A talented group
of guys. The Grand Band is the best in Branson (what a talented
group of musicians!) and Todd and Kayli, Mike and Jim Dandy all add
to a GREAT show! These guys aren't just great performers they are
also great people. We enjoy visiting with the guys during
intermissions. From Country to rock to Gospel to comedy - this show
has it all! We tell everyone about the Grand Jubilee.************************************* Toni C Denise A
Grand Jubilee I’ve seen this show several times now and each time its fresh and new. I really appreciate the up tempo music because I am in my 30’s, and I really appreciate the newer song selections. However, at the same time I see older and younger viewers enjoying themselves just as much. Terry Sanders “Homer Lee” is truly an Branson Institution in himself. His comedy embodies much of why Branson is a national tourist destination. Combining these great talents on one stage is a great benefit to Branson’s visitors. -Brian

The country and gospel sound makes you tap your feet, And the knee-slapping comedy that you just can't beat. You'll laugh so hard that you'll want to cry, Dara L
Picture by Kurt Moore MB Morisset, NSW Australia Grand Jubilee Recommendation: Yes Ratings: 5 of 5 August 31, 2005 01:09 AM We have visited Branson for seven years or more, mainly performing at 'Worldfest ' at Silver Dollar City. I first saw the Grand Jubilee Show in 2000 and loved it, it had such a variety of Comedy, music styles and professionalism. I have visited many Branson shows and enjoyed them all but I think the Grand Jubilee show catered for all tastes. I recommend to any Aussies I know who are going on holiday to the states to visit Branson and also among other shows I recommend this show above others. The comedy of ' Homer Lee ' has to be seen to be believed and I can see why
this performer Terry Sanders has picked up so many awards, he tickles the
funny bone and Aussies love to relax and enjoy themselves when they go out
for the evening and homer lee certainly helps. The vocal group Review My mom, son and I took our first vacation to Branson in June of 2005. We were fortunate enough being able to watch nine shows. The New South band was above all, the very best. It was our dream come true to come to Branson and they topped it all off. It was just the most entertaining show, plus the comedian pulled my mom out of the audience for a scene. It was such a highlight for her as we have been through some tragedies and she had a triple bypass. We purchased the New South C.D.'s and DVD. My mom and I fight over the c.d.'s because we just can't get enough of their beautiful talent. We long to come back next year and we both have made a vow to see the New South show at LEAST twice while we are there. We are huge fans of theirs and will be forever. They make it even better for me as I am losing my hearing, eventually I will be deaf. I love music and for the little time I have left of hearing, I will be listening to their sweet voices as much as possible. Thank you New South for being part of making our dreams come true and helping us forget about the bad things for a while. One more thing. We have found that if we are having a bad day, all we have to do is play one of their c.d.'s, either the country or the gospel one, and it just helps us relax and face the rest of our day feeling better. -Tracie B - Alvin, Texas - 03 Aug 2005 - 09:46:15 K.W. Jimmy has a strong
tenor, Mark is the lowest bass singer I have ever heard, Dee has a
smooth voice, and Trey well he can sing anything on any note! He The lights and costume changes are
wonderful. I have met all the guys personally and know that the
hearts behind each guy is genuine and that R. A. Allen My favorite part of the show is the New South Quartet. These four guys put everything that they can muster into their music. The harmony is some of the best I've ever heard. Mark McCauley's bass voice reverberates as he hits those low notes. Jimmy Ponders tenor voice is very polished and pleasant to listen to. Dee Allen!!!!Wow! His baritone voice is so soothing. His talent needs to spotlighted more in the show. His personal album "Promised Land" has a version of "Cheatin' Heart" that is fantastic! to listen to. I never cared for that song until I heard his version. I would like to see that song added to their show. Trey Wilson has a good voice, but he really needs to tone down his performance on stage. It appears to me that he is trying to stand out from the group rather than being part of it. Their CD entitled "It's a Good Thing"
is superb. I would like to see their version of "Roxanne's Bayou"
and "It's a Good Thing" added to the show, Iva W. They had a packed house and planned to serve four different lines for the food and drinks. There was just so many rude people in the front of the lines by the time we at the very back of one of the lines got to the table, there was nothing left. Even had to beg for a glass of water as the bottled water was all gone. They did have sparkling grape juice in the party cups, but I must admit I enjoyed it more when one of the shows gave that to us just before midnight to toast in the New Year. The show began at 9 p.m and was about 50 minutes then they had us stand and started the lines for the food. At about 11:07 the show began again, but it seemed they ran out of show a little before midnight, so they re introduced everyone on the stage. Then the countdown and the balloon drop. I don't think anyone was quite ready to leave. But I know the performers and had a long evening.
