Dixie Stampede

4-30-06 Families come to Branson to have a good time. That is what Branson is all about. Mommy and Daddy, Brother and Sister, Grandma and Grandpa, even friends and neighbors come in cars, trucks and buses all with the same intent—Vacation! What is a vacation but a time to escape from the reality we face every day. It is a chance to get away literally and in the mind as well.

The Haygoods is the "Don't Miss" Show

4-28-06 All I can say about The Haygoods Show is; 'WOW!'
I have watched the Haygoods perform for many years now. Just when I think they must have piqued in their talent as singers, musicians, & dancers, they blow me away again at the next year's show! They did it again this Spring.

4-27-06 My husband, Mike, and I have seen many shows in Branson and we always end up going back to see the Duttons at least twice during the week that we are there. We also see them whenever we happen to be going through Branson. We are truck drivers and get through Branson occasionally.

Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theatre Grand Opening Weekend

4-25-06 Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theatre: First off, let me say, I’m a geezer – a child of the sixties, so I know rock and roll. I remember the first time Paul Revere & the Raiders took the stage (eh, beach) in Dick Clark’s afternoon program, “Where The Action Is.” I also remember seeing Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield on Shindig. I know rock and roll. This was the driving force behind my wife and me attending Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theatre opening weekend.

What would it take?

4-22-06 What would it take to convince you to see the Tony Roi Elvis Experience show?

Would it help if I told you this is the start of my third year going to see Tony’s performance and each year it is a wonderful show? The 2006 season sure seems to have gotten off to a great start, with Tony looking and sounding so Good! I have never seen a performer give so much of himself to each performance.

The Baldknobbers Jamboree Show

4-20-06 Jami Asselin: The Baldknobbers Jubilee Show was a shot of nostalgia for me. The format of the show reminds me of the shows I would see in Branson when I was young. Good old fashioned, down home entertainment. The Baldknobbers had the very first show in Branson back in 1959 right down on Lake Taney Como.

Amanda and the Magnificent 7, Great Show!

4-15-06 My family visited Branson the first week of April this year. One of the shows we decided to see was the Magnificent 7. When we called to make reservations, we were surprised to learn that we could also have dinner before the show for only $4.95 each! We accepted this offer and after having the meal, we were glad we did.

Titanic Museum - Heath Hawkins

4-11-06 My wife and I attended college at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, MO. Now there is no question about who the most famous person from Hannibal, MO is. Mark Twain and his boyhood home have been immortalized in print for decades.

Interview With Regis Philbin at the Titanic Museum, Branson Missouri

4-11-06 I’m still in a slight state of shock; this is the third interview of my budding journalism career, yes grand total! The subject of this interview is Regis, yes THE Regis; one really doesn’t even have to use his last name. Does anyone even know another Regis? I personally can’t think of one…what the heck am I doing, people??

New Shanghai Circus- Presents the Incredible Acrobats of Chinachair

4-11-06 Hello everyone and welcome to my first 2006 Branson show review!
I took my children Briana and Bryce with me (of course there was no way they would let me go without them), however I was especially happy they came with me.  Why?  Because even though we love music and comedy and theme parks etc., tonight we experienced some culture- Chinese culture.

The Presleys’ Country Jubilee

4-10-06 The old Branson standard is better than ever. In Branson, there are only a handful of shows that have withstood the test of time. In the Live Entertainment Capital of the World, any show that survives one season is lucky. Any show that makes it to the end of their second year has a chance. After 5 years a show could almost be considered a Branson fixture. However, when a show remains as popular as the Presleys’ for more than 20 years, then you know they have to be good.

Kirby VanBurch

4-10-06 There are some things in the world that are almost unbelievable, things that absolutely blow my mind. I had the opportunity to witness a show that fits onto that unbelievable and mind blowing category. The new Kirby VanBurch show is without a doubt the best magic show in Branson.

Spring Break 2006 - Tony Roi

4-04-06: I just attended 3 Great “Tony Roi - The Elvis Experience” shows. I want to thank Tony and the band for making my Spring Break so much fun. Tony was a real sweetheart and performed “Kentucky Rain” for me. (Well, I know he did it for everyone but it seemed like it was just for me.) He had Kelly his bass player remind him, (thanks Kelly!) And thanks to the Power House band, I simply love the way you do that song. Tony’s band consists of some very talented people and his “angel”...
