Help the editors to choose the shows for the Branson Critic Awards.  From now until November 1, 2004 you can help shape who the editors pick to win.  Well-written People's Reviews count for the highest rating.  The second indicator will be these polls.  We reserve the right to add names (nominations) from our Entertainment Editors.
  • Only four (4) categories will be awarded. Best Show. Best Performer. Best Ensemble. Best Band. Only one person can be awarded in best performer.

Criteria:  We are looking for something "special" in order to be a winner in any of the four (4) categories.  No second place.  Must be talented, be an entertainer, have a high regard for fans and be truly genuine.  Talent alone is not the deciding factor.  There are many talented people on the streets.  We have given you a hint as to what we are looking for.  However, we will not fully disclose the specs in order not to influence reviews.   The reviews by the people sent in to Branson Critic tell us much.  And our editors at Branson Critic enlighten us as well.   

  • Reviews by you count for two things.  First, is a way to shape the final voting process in December.  Second, is letting editors know what show they need to see in order to write an Editor's Review.  We can't possibly see all the shows.  That's where you come in, the people's voice
  • 60% of votes will come from the people who took time and reviewed the shows for Branson Critic. The other 25 percent will be votes by a  panel of editors in the industry and these polls.

Thank you for your earlier submissions to our earlier informal poll.  They helped us to narrow down most of the fields for these informal polls. We hope you participate (but only once, please).  We hope even more that you write a review as that's what really counts as these are still informal polls.  We also hope you forgive the annoying pop-up ads when you click on these polls.  Someday, it will be my wish that I'll actually learn how to program.
