Reviews On Kirby VanBurch
Kirby Vanburch " The Prince of Magic"
8-29-06: My name is Greg Rosecrans and awhile back my Parents, my
wife and I made a trip to Branson early in the season. We are RV’s
and we were able to stay in an RV park right close to all the goings
on. During our stay we had the opportunity to visit
Kirby Vanburch: “The Prince of Magic” and I must say it was
absolutely wonderful. From the opening of the show to the awe
inspiring closing, ever eye was glued to the illusions that were
presented to us that night.
We sat in front row and it was like we were part of the show. The
illusions that were performed were flawless. I kept telling myself,
“there is no such thing a magic”, but my eyes were telling my brain
a whole different story. The use of some of the most beautiful Big
cats was wonderful. He had, white tigers, a black panther, and he
had them all in perfect control. With us sitting in the front row we
were glad he did. The thrill of seeing un-caged beasts that close
was very exciting. It is said “that animals can smell fear”? Well
they got a noise full for sure.
One of the most amazing illusions performed that night, was when Mr.
Vanburch caused what appeared to be the disappearing of a
helicopter. I wish I could explain what I saw, but I truthfully do
not have word to do it justice. How can you describe something that
puts you in such a state of awe? You have to see it to believe it.
Kirby Vanburch “The Prince of Magic” is well worth the time to see.
You will be amazed and absolutely entertained the entire night. The
main question you will continue to ask yourself is "How in the world
did he do that"?
Bring mom, dad, little Tommy the whole Family to see this show. It
will definitely be the topic of conversation the rest of the night.
You will not be disappointed.
Still amazed:

8-29-06: This is the
second time I've seen Kirby. I love magic. Kirby is truly one of the
best! I rank him up there with David Copperfield (which I have seen
twice) in Oklahoma City, OK. Bambi was great too. As a team they are
amazing! Also, you can tell that they both love animals, especially
their different tigers.
As a Christian, it was nice to see a simply testimony that he had
through out his show. It was not a "Bible Beater" type approach. He
did not offend the "non Christian" in the crowd. Then Kirby ended
the show with a short 1 to 2 minute Christian message (designed more
for the children in the crowd). It was not only a Christian
testimony. But, also a strong message to children of all ages, just
how important "Family" is to a persons up-bringing.
Yes, this may have been my second time to see Kirby's show. But,
most assuredly, it won't be my last!
Warmest Regards,
Steven Carter
A
wonderful family show - Kirby VanBurch
8-29-06: This past
weekend-8/27- we attended the Kirby van Burch show. I am not
usually into magic shows, but was wonderfully surprised as to the
fun and
enjoyment that we had. Kirby's show was recommended to us by a
friend
that had seen it earlier this summer. My husband (the Russenator)
and I
(Cindyenater) were on the front row. As you can see by our names, we
were the ones that were "picked on" all night. Now admittedly that
added
to the fun of the evening, but besides that, we were magically
(sorry the
pun) amazed and in wonderment of Kirby & Bambi's show. Being on the
front
we were certain that we would be able to tell how the allusions were
done
- but in true style - there was no way we were able to figure out
one
thing. Yes like a little kid (at 55) I bought the coloring book. It
wasn't until I got home that a friend had to explain to me how that
allusion is done.
He had a wonderful family show. On Friday we attended another show
on
the strip. While it was family oriented, the comedian had several
off-colored jokes that really were not necessary.
My husband & I are both Christians. What a wonderful testimony Kirby
gave. So simply but strong presented to his audience. God has surely
blessed him and his wife in their obedience to Him.
Thank you for such a great fun night. We will strongly recommended
this
show to those we know that will be coming to Branson for the
remainder of
the 2006 season. Russ and I will be back again! Actually as I type
this, I just remembered that we are coming to Silver Dollar City in
December with friends - so I guess we'll see you in December.
By the way - how did that helicopter get on stage? I know- trade
secret.

The Kirby VanBurch Show 2006
This show is a must see for the entire family! I remember when Kirby
VanBurch and Philip Welford partnered up at what was then the Five
Star Theatre. A show stopper it was then and has managed to maintain
that high quality of entertainment over the years. (On a personal
note I admire the commitment, endurance and perseverance of Kirby
VanBurch as an entertainer here in Branson.) Although Philip Welford
is not with Kirby's regular season show I understand that he will be
back for Christmas. As a matter of fact, I believe as The Kirby
VanBurch show has grown and changed with the times, its ability to
memorize an audience of all ages is even greater today than in that
of years prior.
The illusions Kirby VanBurch performs are top notch! As a matter of
fact, his beautiful wife Bambi has added a touch of class and style
to the production as well as a bit of "magic" of her own. Not only
are the illusions of highest quality, they offer a diversity of
style (funny, intense, silly, graceful, poppin', and down right
awesome.) I've never seen them expose a trick! Ok, they've had to
black out from time to time but I respect the professionalism of
such a choice.
The dancers are skilled and trained! Dressed in family appropriate
attire the dancers, both male and female execute their role(s) with
precision and ability. Along with the powerful music such a
combination is satisfying.
The live exotic animals add touch of thrill and surprise. You just
never know when you'll see a snake pulled from a box or a white
Bangle Tiger appear.
Above all, Kirby closes his show each night, and has for as long as
I can remember, with a compelling truth which warms the heart of the
hopeless and cause one to think about what is truly important in
life. Kirby VanBurch exposes the darkness of palm reading, fortune
telling and other such deceptions and gives the true solution to
peace and eternal life..."give all of the broken pieces of your life
to Jesus Christ and He will make you whole again."
From Kirby VanBurch's regular season production, to his Christmas
Spectacular I always leave the show looking forward to the next time
I can return.
Shalom,
S.E.E.
