Liverpool Legends, Best Show in Branson No Doubt About It!

I was recently lucky enough to attend a performance of the Beatles tribute band Liverpool Legends at the Caravelle Theatre in Branson with my family – wife and two children.

I must first say that we are all Beatles fans and my wife and I are very picky about the attention to detail (instruments, clothing, amplification, mannerisms, speaking/singing voices, etc.) of so-called “tribute” bands. In fact, I have been known to walk out of a few tribute band shows.

Well, for those of you as particular as my family, you will have no such worries in seeing a performance of Liverpool Legends. To say that I was amazed by their attention to every detail would be an understatement. Liverpool Legends is by far the most talented and accurate representation of The Beatles that I have ever seen.

From the instrumentation and on-stage mannerisms to the hauntingly reminiscent voices of John, Paul, George and Ringo, Liverpool Legends takes the audience on a trip back in time to the 60’s. After moving through multiple periods of evolution of The Beatles music, we simply did not want the show to end and I could easily return night after night for more.

As if the performance itself wasn’t enough, my family had the opportunity to meet Liverpool Legends after the show and their graciousness equaled their musical ability and showmanship. To add, the late George Harrison’s sister – Louise Harrison – whom I understand attends every performance, greeted us with a warm smile and one of her famous hugs.

In closing, I simply cannot endorse Liverpool Legends strongly enough as the Best Band and Best Show in Branson that I have ever seen. A trip to Branson must include at least one visit to see Liverpool Legends at the fabulous Caravelle Theatre!
